We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Account Representative to join our team. Although our industry is niche, no prior experience in municipal services is required (but welcomed!). Duties

Process client forms and payments (manual or via online portals). Conduct online research to identify and engage required contacts or entities. Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide updates, clarify requirements, and address inquiries. Maintain organized electronic filing systems and accurate records. Accurately and concisely prepare and deliver reports to clients and management. Support client satisfaction through responsive, professional service. Complete assignments and projects accurately, on time, and in line with supervisor guidance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of office administration and customer support experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Professional demeanor with discretion and the ability to work independently.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
