As a leader in retail construction, facility maintenance, and project management industry, Lane Valente, is currently seeking a responsible, eager, and experienced applicants for a Full-Time Account Manager position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery

-dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors

-running reports and following up on all service requests
-data entry

- following up on work orders/ running open calls

- Updating client portals

- Managing SLAs per client

- Quoting

- Projecting weekly billing numbers

- Communicating with clients (updates, conference calls etc.)

-discussing additional work and new opportunities with your clients

Must have a strong background in customer service, computing skills (including Microsoft Office programs and tools), and be a dependable team-player. This is an in office position

This position requires you to be on call afterhours and on weekends if needed.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization
