Client Account Lead, Resources Senior Manager Accenture Overview

The Work:

Advise midstream, liquified natural gas, and integrated gas senior executive clients on industry trends and strategic priorities through trusted relationships.

Partner with clients to reshape digital and human work to create business value and provide oversight of complex program delivery, including building and managing proposal teams, project execution, and business operations.

Shape and influence solutions for our clients in connection with their strategic priorities and Accenture offerings.

Drive profitable growth by developing a robust, long-term pipeline of opportunities to ensure the sustainability of Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s business.

Develop project management plans and estimates and report on deliverables through implementation and deployment including service delivery, account planning, and project team outcomes.

Build relationships at Oklahoma \xe2\x80\x9cwhite space\xe2\x80\x9d clients and support the maturing of existing Oklahoma clients.

Take over Client Account Leadership roles from the local point of view, focusing on the Tulsa market and foster relationships at these clients.

Drive opportunities and Midstream revenue by using Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s market leading capabilities in ERP, M&A, Cloud and Security.

Work across industries to target white-space clients outside of Resources in Oklahoma to generate further market growth.

Potential opportunity to grow career across industries in Oklahoma.

Ability to travel up to 100%.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You Need:

Minimum of 8 years of management consulting experience developing trusted client relationships with proven sales growth from onset of business development, RFPs, orals, client sales/presentations through delivery, including experience in an influential technical advisory and/or consulting role keen to deep industry insights/trends and innovation

Minimum of 3 years of industry knowledge and market intelligence in one of the following industries: integrated gas, midstream, and liquified natural gas

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

You have an existing network of peers and past clients that view you as an industry thought leader

You\xe2\x80\x99ve championed multiple client projects from innovation strategy to industry transformation

You know how to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity with integrity and compassion

You\xe2\x80\x99ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to design business processes, lead business cases, deliver agile projects, develop new operating models, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property, and solve critical business issues that offer accelerated value

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

California $131,100 to $336,900

Colorado $131,100 to $291,100

New York - Albany $121,400 to $269,500

New York City $151,800 to $336,900

Washington $139,600 to $309,900
