Responsibilities:

Accurately enter patient information into the EMR system for registration. Verify and update existing patient information, including contact details and insurance. Escorting patients to other departments after registration is complete as requested. Obtain copies of patient ID and insurance cards. Collect and process patient payments at the time of registration. Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism with patients, visitors, and peers. Must be able to operate the phone, fax, copier, scanner, and printer machines.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Previous clerical or medical office experience preferred Must meet Employee Health Requirements
