We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth office functioning. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in office management or customer service are highly valued.
Duties
Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and courtesy
Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately using proper phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff or clients
Handle filing, proofreading, and document management to ensure organizational efficiency
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience
Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping
Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles with strong office management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading and document review
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office software applications
Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism
