Job Description

This is a 2nd shift opportunity, Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assemble, fabricate and clean parts to subassemblies and complete units. Test, calibrate, inspect and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Read and identify blueprint requirements such as: Epicor receiving/ rejecting parts, Final inspection identify exception and file all documents, Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card, In-Process inspection/ verification all test certs are in hard card, Measure all sealing surfaces and O-ring depth.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Basic Computer Skills. Ability to use hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.

Aerospaceknowledge and the use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Leeplug installation tools.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0 - 3 years manufacturing/assembly experience

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time.
