Perform general custodial duties as assigned by site management, including, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, walls, doors, and other areas assigned to specific properties being serviced.
Able to use standard cleaning chemicals, hand tools, and power cleaning tools.
Must be able to fulfill daily work schedule in time and attend scheduled shift/work times including own transport.
Follow all company policies, regulations, and state, local, and federal laws.
Qualifications:
Fluent English/reading & writing
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand on feet for an entire shift
Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions, communicate in both written and verbal form.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal to no supervision
Good safety and attendance record
