We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning products.
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
Good communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
