built around your availability Monday-Friday daytime hours Optional weekend Airbnb cleanings (only if you want them)

Starting pay: $16/hr during training

$18-$22/hr

after training based on reliability & performance

Performance-based raises on anniversary

Growth opportunities (Lead Cleaner, Trainer, Supervisor roles)

Requirements

Reliable vehicle and driver's license Smartphone Able to move around and lift up to 25 lbs Positive attitude + willingness to show up consistently
