We are seeking reliable and experienced Subcontractors to join our team for various cleaning, and custodial projects. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse assignments across commercial environments . As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet client expectations while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial, multifamily communities. Conduct janitorial tasks such as restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting. Provide custodial services tailored to client specifications and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services, cleaning services Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing/walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred for mobility between job sites Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a professional attitude at all times Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to complete assignments efficiently
