What you'll do

Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and pressure washers safely and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise throughout the facility. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and any maintenance issues encountered. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned consistently and thoroughly.

Basic qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina; able to lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning services is a plus. Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning procedures and chemical usage. Certification in specialized cleaning techniques or equipment operation is advantageous.
