Job Description

We are a reputable cleaning company seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at various client locations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including appliances, countertops, and sinks. Ensure all surfaces are disinfected and free of debris. Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Must be able to pass background check
Working Hours: This is a Part-time position with 3-4 hours a day 2-4 days a week. For this position you will be driving to the clients locations.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage starting at $20/hr with opportunity for raise every 6 months. Bonuses and/or raises given based on performance.
