We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is necessary.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Previous experience in cleaning not required.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
