Please note we are hiring for a PART TIME position hours are between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday, if you are seeking full-time employment this job will not be a good fit.

15-30 Hours weekly, part time position

For the first two weeks of training hours may fall closer to 15-20

Work hours range from 8:30am-5pm M-F.

Please note- A background check completion will be required prior to the on boarding process if you are offered the position. If you have a clean background reports typically come back in less than 24-48 hours.

Unpleasant sights or smells (cleaning can be funky, we get it done) Having a job that changes location daily, travels to surrounding towns less than an hour away from city limits 2-3 times a month. JOB REQUIREMENTS-

Must be at least 19 years of age A vehicle large enough to fit a ladder up to 5ft Ability to pass a background check

-It is a job requirement that you have a personal vehicle.

No ride sharing is allowed, all technicians must have a vehicle to get from one location to another.

It is a job requirement that you have your own smart cell phone

with the ability to be clocked in through our work time clock app that can stay with you for your work shift. Your phone must also have a working camera for work before and after photos.

JOB DESCRIPTION-

Similar to the domestic cleaning duties in our own living spaces, this job requires a higher level of attention to detail in order to maintain the quality we have over time with the community.

We do jobs that range form recurring services, one time services, light organizing to large organizational recovery projects. We on occasion help people who are in critical living conditions which can be a larger scale project such as hoarding cleanings, organizational projects and decluttering services. These jobs may have adjusted pay based on the job requirements. We strive to give all of our clients cleaning equity as everyone deserves to live in a clean space.

A Cleaning Technician's job can look like..

Scrubbing Wiping Crawling, bending, lifting items up to 30 lbs Mopping Vacuuming Using a ladder up to 5ft as necessary Dusting Cleaning bathrooms Cleaning kitchens Cleaning living spaces and other areas organizing personal items Making beds

It can also look like..

Picking up and dropping off supplies and start or end of shifts Ability to take initiative and have effective communication with clients and team members Going to team meetings as scheduled (paid) Taking care of supplies and equipment on your shift Following check lists and inspection routines Maintaining high quality cleaning at an efficient speed
