Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents Sanitize high-touch areas regularly to promote health and safety standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures diligently Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply inventories to ensure accountability

Experience

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Good communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
