Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to join our team.

As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities.

Responsibilities include completing short-term rental turnovers in a timely manner with tasks including but not limited to:

- Washing, drying & folding laundry for properties
- Stripping & making beds
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soaps
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Notify management of any repairs needed or safety hazards observed

Requirements:

- vehicle, license & insurance required-

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Cleaning Technician is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Various positions available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
