Position Overview

We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Team Members to join our expanding company. This role supports our Team Lead in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments for our clients. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, follow instructions well, value professionalism, and thrive in a team setting.

This is a part-time position, 10-12 hours per week, with 2 evenings a week from 5-10 or 11 pm.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning duties according to company training and checklists Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, lobbies, exam rooms, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floor appearance Disinfect high-touch surfaces following proper dwell times Safely handle and store cleaning products and equipment Follow veterinary-specific protocols, including biosecurity and pet-safe practices Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all client locations Communicate issues, supply needs, or concerns to the Team Leader or Owner

Requirements

1 year commercial cleaning experience

Reliable transportation and consistent availability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and training protocols Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks required for cleaning Comfort working in veterinary or medical environments (no handling animals)

Preferred (but not required)

Experience in medical or veterinary facilities Familiarity with disinfectants and cleaning equipment
