Residential House Cleaner (1099 Contractor)

Pay: $25-$30/hr (flat-rate per job) + 100% of tips

Right Way Cleaning is a brand new, greater milwaukee-based residential cleaning company hiring professional house cleaners to help us grow across the Milwaukee area.

This is a 1099 contractor role -- not an employee position. You'll clean homes using your own supplies, choose the jobs you want, and keep 100% of your tips. We provide the clients, handle scheduling, and manage all customer communication so you can focus on doing great work.

Requirements:

1+ year of residential cleaning experience Must have general liability insurance (required) Must bring your own cleaning supplies + vacuum Reliable transportation Smartphone with GPS and texting Authorized to work in the U.S. Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
Note: We are a new company, so job volume will start slow. We're looking for cleaners who want to build something long-term. As our customer base grows -- your bookings will too.
