Krystel Clean Co. is a premium cleaning company serving Metro Detroit. We're looking for

reliable, detail-oriented residential and commercial cleaners

to join our team as

independent contractors (1099)

.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Reliable transportation and the ability to provide your own cleaning supplies are required.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use. Manage cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and longevity of surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Follow safety guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Experience with carpet cleaning methods and floor care maintenance is beneficial. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Reliable transportation and the ability to provide your own cleaning supplies are required.

Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and job type Paid weekly via PayPal or Zelle Tips and bonuses available

Schedule:

Flexible -- you choose your availability Jobs available Monday through Saturday (mostly day shifts)
