About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to help with short-term rental turnovers (Airbnb/VRBO style). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in making spaces spotless and guest-ready, and who wants the opportunity to grow into a full-time position and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Clean and reset short-term rental properties between guest stays Make beds, change linens, and restock toiletries and supplies Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all rooms Follow detailed checklists to ensure properties meet our quality standards Report damages, missing items, and maintenance issues promptly
What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail is a must Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working with time-sensitive turnovers Able to follow checklists and instructions consistently Weekend availability preferred Previous cleaning, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
