Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, toilet paper, and cleaning materials as needed Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any repairs or replacements required Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or contamination Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention and ensure ongoing cleanliness standards are met Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled times or as directed by management

Skills

Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not mandatory; training provided for the right candidate Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures (certification is a plus) Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety protocols
