Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position will included cleaning throughout the Treasury Valley. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure surfaces are clean and presentable. Conduct custodial duties including trash removal, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.

Qualifications

Previous experience in new construction cleaning is required. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for interaction with team members and clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
