We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized environment across various facilities. Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or pressure washers as needed Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of duties

Experience

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
