Cleaner / Porter - Property Management

Our expanding Kansas City portfolio seeks an experienced porter/cleaner to maintain our community common areas. This full-time position is responsible for the daily cleaning of the lobbies, community rooms and laundry rooms.

Summary:

Responsible for performing the following duties:

Walk exterior of the building and remove trash daily. Vacuum, mop and dust the main lobby daily. Clean / polish elevator doors, cab interior and mop floors daily. Clean elevator door tracks weekly. Clean entry door and vestibule glass daily. Clean public restrooms fixtures, and mop floors daily Mop laundry room floor and wipe machines daily. Vacuum and dust residential floors (2 floors a day), including elevator door tracks Vacuum and dust conference room 2x's week Vacuum management office weekly Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions per specifications Requisition supplies for cleaning duties

Necessary Skills:

Professional appearance (Eagle Point branded uniform provided) Clear written and verbal communication skills Honest communication with maintenance supervisor and property manager Work independently; maintain accessibility/approachability Report condition of common areas / maintenance concerns to the property manager

Specialized Experience:

Direct cleaning / janitorial experience 1 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
