ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaner/Janitor

- Identify and clean areas that are soiled, unkept, or dirty.

? Clean, inspect and maintain all areas as outlined by the scope of work including, private offices, public areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.

? Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor, in a safe and effective manner in conjunction with our Core Values

? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

? Use common cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, dusters, brooms, and others

Training

- Monthly check-ins/training:

? Equipment tutorials

? Equipment maintenance

? Cleaning techniques

? Identifying "dirtiness"

? Performance standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)

? HS Diploma, or GED

? 18 years of age

? Able to pass a drug screen and background check

? Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance

? Work well alone and/or with team members (work is done individually, but team accomplishes larger goals)
