We can help anyone interested in exploring, diagnosing, and building a plan for the land. We are looking to add a full time Cleaner Operator to our team at our Hemingford, NE location.



The ideal candidate is internally motivated with an unwavering drive toward excellence. They are detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks throughout the day. All Millborn Seeds teammates must have the ability to adapt to change and a commitment to growing the company.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



> Execute processing schedule with timing expectations



> Basic machine troubleshooting



> Execute on cleaning quality specifications



> Package cleaned products



> Prepare outbound shipments in time for scheduled pickup



> Load and unload bulk seed shipments in a timely manner



> Contribute to general optimization with a continuous improvement mindset



> Assist in the development of standard work procedures



> Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS



> Operational mindset - awareness of what's coming to keep the process moving



> Motivator - production can be taxing, keeping positive is critical



> Thrives under pressure in a progressive, fast-paced environment



> Positive mindset through challenging workload



> Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak season



> Forklift experience is preferred



> Ability to lift 60 lbs
