Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all restrooms are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Dispose of waste materials and recyclables properly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Respond to special cleaning requests as needed. Assist with setup and breakdown for events or meetings when required.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
