This job is extremely autonomous and I am looking for someone with a high attention to detail, who does not call in sick constantly, and can deal with messes effectively and with little to no complaints. Over 100 people go through the main cleaning area per day which includes a large break room, bathrooms, locker room, offices, cubicles, and another smaller building with small break rooms, bathrooms, offices and hallways.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for employees and visitors. Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required. Military experience counts. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
