+ Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college/university; or
+ 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or
+ Pass the ParaPro Assessment

Effective July 1, 2025

Lane 1 Step 1 ($17.53/Hour) Not Highly Qualified

Lane 2 Step 1 ($18.51/Hour) Associate's degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or

Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.55/Hour) Current/Former Licensed Teacher
