Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Aide to join our team. As a Classroom Aide, you will assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and providing a nurturing and educational environment for children.

Duties:
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students in their learning and development
- Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
- Assist with classroom management, including maintaining discipline and promoting positive behavior
- Help with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Requirements:

- Must be 18 or over

- All background checks must be completed before starting

- Current Physical and negative TB test
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting equaling to 1250 hours

- Three non relative written references
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and educational practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

- Available to work between the hours of 6:30 am - 5:30 pm M - F 20-35 hours a week
