Claims Service Representative - Early Response

As a representative within our Claims department you will:
\xc2\xb7 Adjust Insurance Claims
\xc2\xb7 Provide legendary customer service to our insured members
\xc2\xb7 Interpret policy and identify coverage
\xc2\xb7 Assess claims and negotiate settlement
\xc2\xb7 Train on claims processing procedures and systems
\xc2\xb7 Attend a 6-weeks training focus on insurance claims handling

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s (4 year) degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
\xc2\xb7 No prior claims experience required
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Microsoft Office
\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills
\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work independently and adjust to change

The starting pay range for this position is $25.48 \xe2\x80\x93 $28.03 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
