We are looking for a Claims Processor who has the ability to sort and route incoming claims documents and handle other clerical and administrative tasks related to mail and claims handling.
What You'll Do
Review incoming document and ensure they are properly logged and routed
Review and complete other claims administrative tasks as requested by claims team
Prepares and submits administrative reports as required
Provides support for unit claims associates and managers
Deliver outstanding customer service to all internal, external, current, and prospective nationwide customers
What You'll Bring
High level of attention to detail which is critical for accuracy of routing
Possess necessary speed and efficiency to process a large volume of work to meet tight deadlines
Have great clerical and organizational skills to ensure proper record keeping
Onsite presence is required every day
