ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Looking for an individual willing to assist with the handling of collecting and organizing records for bodily injury claimants. The successful candidate should develop and maintain a working knowledge of all services and resources provided by the Company, while presenting a positive attitude and exceptional teamwork abilities.


The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. This individual should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Gathering medical/billing records from medical providers and/or clients Ensure medical records are organized, accurate and complete Safeguarding client records and ensuring everyone complies with HIPAA standards Willing to work with staff to assure the best service is practiced with clients and medical providers, with follow-through and attention to detail when entering information into Company's database Organized Able to multi-task Team player Extensive written and verbal communication Processing of invoices Professional demeanor & phone etiquette Detail Oriented

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


High School Diploma; Minimum 1 Yr. Personal Injury Law Firm experience


PREFERRED SKILLS


Bilingual recommend; Microsoft Office Programs; Customer Service; Detail Oriented; Multi-Task able; Exceptional Communication Skills
