Civil Litigator

with 2-5 years of experience in

insurance defense and tort litigation

Key Responsibilities

Conduct depositions and attend court conferences. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Interact directly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel. Negotiate settlements and manage cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements

Admission to the

Connecticut Bar

(required). 2-5 years of experience in

insurance defense and tort litigation

. Excellent academic credentials. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive, with a high level of client service.
