Job Description

We engage in a wide range of projects including commercial development, residential, institutional, and municipal work, primarily focused within the coastal South Carolina and Georgia area.
We are seeking a project manager to lead various land development projects.

Land Planning/ Site Layout
Review water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control designs
Oversee stormwater models and calculation reports
Provide technical engineering guidance and mentoring
Manage project budgets and permitting schedules
Supervise and develop a design team
Lead communication with permitting entities, sub-consultants, clients, and contractors
Prepare client project proposals
Negotiate and secure client project contracts
Forecast project workload for a small design team
Deliver excellence and delight on client projects.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-Accredited Program
Competent in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6+ years of relevant experience
Licensed professional engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
