We are seeking a
Civil Engineer
to join our team, focusing on a variety of land development and civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and a collaborative spirit, working with multi-disciplinary teams to bring complex projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Participate in the planning and layout of land development and subdivision projects.
Prepare or oversee due diligence reports and engineering studies, such as stormwater management reports and grading analyses.
Design and draft comprehensive engineering plans for subdivision, grading, utilities, and roadways, ensuring they meet government agency requirements for permitting and approval.
Coordinate project activities with in-house teams, clients, and external consultants including architects and other engineers.
Provide construction administration and site observation services to ensure project designs are implemented correctly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. A
Professional Engineer (PE)
license is preferred, though an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification will be considered with lesser salary.
Working knowledge of civil engineering design principles, including grading, stormwater management, utilities, or roadway design.
Proficiency in computer modeling software; experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is a significant plus.
Familiarity with the requirements and permitting processes of local regulatory agencies.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in subdivision design and grading is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
