Key Responsibilities
Prepare
designs and permit documentation
for land development projects including:
Water distribution
Sanitary sewer
Stormwater systems
Paving and grading
Site layout and design
Collaborate with project teams to ensure
timely, high-quality deliverables
.
Assist in managing internal
civil design teams
and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
Prepare and review
technical reports, engineering plans, and permit applications
.
Work closely with
project managers, architects, contractors
, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with
local, state, and federal regulations and design standards
.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
(required).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in civil/site land development and permitting.
Proficiency with
AutoCAD
and civil design tools (e.g., Civil 3D, a plus).
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook).
Florida Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
certification preferred.
Strong communication skills and a
