Civil Engineer with land development experience

. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordesigning, permitting, and managing land development projects

Prepare
designs and permit documentation
for land development projects including: Water distribution Sanitary sewer Stormwater systems Paving and grading Site layout and design Collaborate with project teams to ensuretimely, high-quality deliverables
. Assist in managing internalcivil design teams
and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines. Prepare and reviewtechnical reports, engineering plans, and permit applications
. Work closely withproject managers, architects, contractors
, and regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance withlocal, state, and federal regulations and design standards
.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
(required). Minimum3 years of experience
in civil/site land development and permitting. Proficiency withAutoCAD
and civil design tools (e.g., Civil 3D, a plus). Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook).Florida Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
certification preferred. Strong communication skills and acollaborative, team-first mindset
