responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of structural steel components during various stages of manufacturing to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to identify potential quality issues early in the manufacturing process and provide proactive solutions.

• Perform comprehensive analysis and testing of materials, components, and finished products to ensure structural integrity, durability, and safety.

• Create detailed reports documenting inspection findings, analysis results, and recommended corrective actions.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and protocols specific to structural steel components.

• Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements related to structural steel quality.

• Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and third-party quality assurance entities to ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, product quality, and overall efficiency.

• Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and proper handling of structural steel components.
