Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. Ideally having a strong background in civil construction estimating or relevant experience, and comfortable working in both field and office environments. Proficiency with AGTEK software is highly preferred.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for civil/site work projects, collaborating closely with project managers, field crews, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare detailed quaintly takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals.

-Review plans, specifications, and related documents.

-Utilize AGTEK software for earthwork and site development takeoffs.

-Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure alignment of scope and pricing.

-Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed.

-Maintain and update estimating databases and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in civil/site work or related fields.

-Strong proficiency in AGTEK software.

-Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site logistics.

-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

-Adaptive and hardworking, with a willingness to work in both office and field settings.
