The ideal candidate for this job will be responsible for developing detailed engineering design plans for land development projects. They may also assist team members with additional tasks, such as reporting and writing proposals.

Duties

Perform drafting & engineering design using AutoCAD Civil3D. Prepare ALTA Surveys and development plans including site, street improvements, utility, and grading & drainage construction documents. Preparation of engineering and survey drawings from sketches, field notes, verbal description, and specifications. Coordination of CAD files and design with internal and external team members.
