Circulation Delivery Manager

This position is responsible for home delivery distribution within the Area of Southern New Hampshire.
This individual will use all technology available to them to facilitate efficient and effective product distribution.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and lead W2 employees and independent carriers to ensure all products are delivered timely and according to the customers' specification. Manage the relationship with single copy outlets to maximize sales while minimizing sell-outs and returns. Electronically review and approve all carrier charges. Assess and implement training of your employees. Manage the rollout of new software applications to existing workforce. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Will require driving your own vehicle to deliver product as necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service. Proven leadership, positive attitude, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Ability to coach, motivate and accomplish goals through others. Ability to identify and execute sales opportunities through retail locations. Self-motivated working well with others as well as independently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work with database software. Automobile, valid driver's license, insurance and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type:

Full-time Salaried with Incentive/Bonus program, mileage reimbursement and tips.

Experience:

Solid working knowledge of newspaper workflow processes and tools preferred. Experience managing vendors and vendor performance. At least 5 years customer service experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
