Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced lounge environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience while also sharing your expertise in cigars. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience in our lounge. Candidates must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing cigar recommendations when necessary.
- Serve beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Uphold lounge policies regarding ABLE requirements, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a server setting is preferred.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- ABLE license is required and will be provided upon hiring, if you don't already have it.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $17.24 per hour
