About the Role:
As one of our
Installation Elves
, you'll help transform properties into dazzling winter wonderlands. You'll be part of a fun, hardworking crew installing custom lighting displays, wreaths, garlands, and decor on roofs, trees, and landscapes. Every project is unique, and every client expects the best of the best -- that's why we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Elves who take pride in their craft.
What You'll Do:
Install premium LED holiday lights and decor on residential and commercial properties
Safely climb ladders, roofs, and trees to hang lights with precision
Handle extension cords, timers, and electrical connections professionally
Ensure displays meet our luxury brand standards -- clean, symmetrical, and stunning
Assist with take-down and storage after the season
Deliver cheerful, respectful service to our high-end clientele
Keep the holiday spirit alive -- every day on the job!
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders confidently
Attention to detail and pride in doing things right
Team player with a good sense of humor and holiday spirit
Prior experience with holiday lighting, roofing, landscaping, or construction is a plus
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
