Fun, upscale chocolatier shop is looking to hire energetic, experienced team members, who are fast learners and are reliable. Our company has been in business for 40 years, pairing popular American treats with the art of traditional swiss chocolate.

We are looking to hire energetic, experienced team members, who are fast learners and are reliable. Job description includes: exceptional guest services skills, operating POS system, making and packaging chocolate products, serving Gelato, cleaning, sanitizing, restocking product and supplies, inventory and assisting during promotional events like chocolate day camps, holiday parties, private chocolate making classes. Experience in customer service and retail environment are a must. Experience in food industry, especially in chocolate, is a plus but full training on making chocolate as well as general operations will be provided. Job will start as part-time, with hours increasing during season and around Holidays. We are looking for team members who are available during the days, nights and weekends and around major holidays. Exceptional Customer service is the number one focus at Peterbrooke.

Other duties include:

Checkout customers using POS system, answer phone calls, taking delivery orders

Gift packaging, accepting deliveries, helping customers choose product they are looking for

Assisting customers to cars as needed

Assisting in the production and packaging of chocolate products, Preparing gift baskets, and other packaging in accordance with procedures and food safety guidelines.

Assisting with displays, decorating the store, stocking shelves and display cases

Cleaning and sanitizing shelves, counters, equipment, floors, dishes, rest rooms, etc.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
