Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor Assistant to support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves assisting with patient assessments, supporting treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, along with excellent patient observation and care skills. Responsibilities

Observe and monitor patients during consultations and treatments to ensure safety and comfort Assist chiropractors with physical examinations and patient assessments Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs Prepare treatment rooms and assist with procedures such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapies Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment notes, and progress reports Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic environment

Requirements

Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical imaging, and medical terminology Experience or familiarity with patient observation, acute pain management, and pain management techniques Skills in patient assessment, physical examinations, and understanding of care plans Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals Compassionate approach to patient care with attention to detail in documentation and observations Prior experience in a clinical setting related to chiropractic or physical therapy is preferred but not required Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team dedicated to improving patient outcomes
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
