Overview

We are in need of an experienced Stretch or Massage therapist / LMT or experienced Chiropractic/ Physical therapy assistant wanted for a busy Marietta chiropractic office.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to support our chiropractic team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physiology and anatomy, along with excellent patient service skills. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals, assist in patient assessments, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

Assist chiropractors during patient consultations and therapy sessions, ensuring proper positioning and comfort. Support patient assessment procedures by measuring vital signs and observing physical responses. Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers. Educate patients on treatment procedures, post-care instructions, and wellness practices to enhance their understanding and engagement. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure all clinical areas adhere to health and safety standards. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and processing insurance documentation. Stay informed about anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques to provide informed support during treatments. Contribute to a positive clinic environment by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to support clinical activities effectively.
Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse populations.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about chiropractic therapies and related health practices.
