Job Summary:

We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office seeking a

Chiropractic Medical Assistant & Transcriber

to join our professional team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is passionate about health and wellness, and has excellent customer service and communication skills.

What You'll Do:

Audit and manage daily schedules While supporting patient visit flow; massage, corrective therapy and decompression*
Maintain clean and organized treatment areas Perform light cleaning and assist with laundry duties Inventory - management and restocking Assist doctors during patient visits and anticipate their needs Escort patients to treatment rooms Prepare patients for chiropractic exams or adjustments Apply hot/cold packs as directed Transcribe doctor's findings and adjustments into treatment notes with accuracy Support the chiropractor during procedures (as needed) Build rapport and connect quickly with patients
Must be able to strike up a conversation but also transition to the next task

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes rapidly Typing proficiency and the ability to follow verbal instruction quickly Previous customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication Outgoing, personable, and a team player Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday

Chiropractic Medical Assistant & Transcriber Schedule

This position requires strict adherence to the following schedule, with no deviations:

Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM & 2:30 PM - 6:15 PM

Friday: 9:30 AM - 1:15 PM
