What You'll Do

Perform full-spine and extremity adjustments Conduct new patient exams, x-rays, and progress evaluations Develop and present individualized corrective care plans Collaborate with our case manager and therapy team for seamless patient care Integrate advanced therapies into treatment, including: Focused shockwave therapy Class IV laser therapy Spinal decompression Exercise protocol guidance Supplement protocol recommendations

Dry needling and instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM)

Document care in

Jane EHR

Participate in weekly team meetings and EOS scorecard reviews

Schedule

Core Hours:

Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (Break 1-3 Mon & Wed) Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Future Expansion:

Once established, the associate will help open

Thursday afternoons and early-morning blocks

to serve growing demand.

(No weekends)

Job Type:

Full-time

(Contract-to-hire options available for the right candidate)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per year (DOE)

Bonus Compensation:

Monthly performance-based bonuses tied to production and retention

Vacation:

2 weeks paid + major holidays

Health Insurance:

Employer covers up to 60% of individual premium after 90 days

401(k):
