Position Summary
We're seeking a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and aligns with a faith centered team culture. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, process-focused, and reliable. You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing administrative flow and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally; uphold the clinic's values in interactions. Manage patient check-in/check-out, appointments, phone lines, and messaging with precision. Accurately enter and maintain patient records, insurance details, and billing information. Schedule and confirm appointments; optimize schedule flow in a high-volume setting. Process payments, co-pays, and receipts; reconcile daily transactions. Prepare new-patient paperwork and explain clinic processes and policies clearly. Follow established protocols and quality-control checklists to maintain consistency. Communicate with providers and team members to support efficient patient flow. Assist with light office duties and supply management as needed. Support the clinic's Christian culture by respectfully participating in team devotions, prayer, or faith-based events when invited (voluntary).
Required Qualifications

Availability matching clinic hours (refer to maxlivingcherrystreet.com for schedule); applicants with conflicting availability should not apply. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Basic computer skills; experience with EHR/PM systems preferred. Positive, patient-first attitude and a commitment to professional, faith-aligned workplace conduct. High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred

Experience in chiropractic, medical, or front-desk roles in a high-volume office. Familiarity with MaxLiving principles and protocols. Prior assessment or familiarity with DISC behavioral profiles.
