Duties

Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Conduct patient assessments by gathering relevant medical history and current health concerns. Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises to enhance their recovery. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly. Support administrative tasks as needed, including billing and insurance verification.

Qualifications

Strong patient service skills to create a welcoming environment for all patients. Ability to perform basic patient assessments under the guidance of licensed chiropractors. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals.
